ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

In today's fast-paced and increasingly complex business environment, there is a growing recognition of the importance of spirituality in management. While technological advancements and economic growth have accelerated, the need for ethical decision-making, meaningful leadership, and sustainable business practices has never been more critical. The "Integrating Spirituality into Business" conference seeks to address this urgent need by exploring how India's diverse spiritual traditions can inform and guide responsible business practices.

Hosted by the Centre for Spirituality at XLRI, this conference will bring together scholars, industry leaders, and practitioners to explore how spiritual values—rooted in traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, and indigenous wisdom—can be woven into the fabric of business strategy and operations. Spirituality offers business leaders a framework for making decisions that are not only profitable but also aligned with higher values of integrity, empathy, and sustainability.

Join us in exploring how businesses can thrive in a way that uplifts society and honours the planet by integrating spiritual wisdom into core management principles.
